• HRC’s mission is to “preserve Hebron as an historical Arab Palestinian town, in order to safeguard its cultural and architectural heritage against the threat of a takeover by extremist Israeli settlers.” HRC rhetoric includes accusing Israel of “apartheid,” “ethnic cleansing,” “genocide,” and “collective punishment.”
On February 20, 2022, over 100 European and international NGOs, self-proclaimed grassroots movements, and politicized trade unions launched a BDS campaign headlined “#StopTradeWithSettlements."
Spanish government funding to Israeli, Palestinian, and Spanish NGOs is primarily provided through the Agency for International Cooperation and Development (AECID), a subdivision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Spanish Cooperation Office in Jerusalem oversees projects funded through AECID.
Viva Salud is a Belgian organization that supports BDS and other anti-Israel campaigns, including through funding Palestinian NGOs with ties to the PFLP terrorist organization.
Christian Aid Ireland is the Irish affiliate of Christian Aid and is highly active in supporting BDS campaigns.
AIC is a Jerusalem-based NGO funded by the Irish Government via Christian Aid. It claims to "promote responsible co-operation between Palestinians and Israelis," but supports boycotts, divestment, and sanctions against Israel and is a frequent participant in demonization of Israel at international forums. Its activities reflect an extreme anti-Israel political agenda. AIC publications include News from Within which challenges the Jewish and Zionist nature of the State of Israel.
MCC’s activities and publications, as well as its funding of highly politicized NGOs active in the Arab-Israeli conflict, reveal a biased and anti-Israel agenda, including campaigning against the Israeli security barrier while ignoring Palestinian terror.
Irrespective of the information possessed by the Israeli government and intelligence agencies and the criteria for designation, there is overwhelming, publicly available evidence that ties these NGOs and their leadership to the PFLP.
The United Church of Canada is active in promoting BDS campaigns and is the Canadian sending organization for EAPPI.
