EuroMed Rights, previously known as Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Network (EMHRN), regularly lobbies the EU and UN and disproportionately focuses on Israel and holds it responsible for the continuation of the conflict. Reflecting this one-sided bias, EuroMed Rights members in “Israel/OPT” are all highly politicized NGOs active in the Arab-Israeli conflict.
The European Legal Support Center (ELSC) was jointly founded by the Rights Forum, the Palestinian NGO Network (PNGO), and European jurists as an initiative aimed at “defending individuals and organizations that face false and defamatory accusations of antisemitism and repression because of their support for Palestinian rights and particularly for BDS measures to achieve these rights.”
Lawyers for Palestinian Human Rights (LPHR) runs a project titled “Protect Human Rights Defenders” to “support harassed or detained Palestinian human rights defenders by submitting cases to the UN and EU member states.”
ICJ is active in lobbying the United Nations promoting false, distorted, and unverifiable allegations against Israel.
Foundation for Middle East Peace’s (FMEP) rhetoric includes accusation of “apartheid,” “collective punishment,” and “war crimes.”
Rights Forum is a Dutch organization, established by former Dutch Prime Minister Andreas van Agt, which describes itself as a “knowledge center on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, and as a network of previous ministers and jurists that are committed to a solution of the conflict based on international law.” Claims that it was created in response to alleged “unwavering” Dutch support for alleged Israeli violations of international law. It lobbies the Dutch government and the EU to promote the Palestinian agenda.
CCR is an American NGO that is active in lawfare suits against Israel and Israeli officials, promotes anti-Israel BDS campaigns, and urges the U.S. government to stop providing military aid to Israel.
On March 18, 2023, a board member of the Gaza-based NGO Al Mezan participated in a “lawfare” event, organized by a Hamas-affiliated organization and featuring several Hamas leaders.
Hurryyat claims to work for Palestinian rights, while accusing Israel of "apartheid" and supporting numerous BDS campaigns.
ACT Alliance members have “advocated for the EU not to participate in Israel’s violations of international law” and have called for “measures to ensure the correct labelling of settlement products and, further, a ban of imports of settlement products.”
