Diakonia’s “International Humanitarian Law” (IHL) program, which has its own online “Resource Center,” exploits international law, demonizes Israel, and promotes anti-Israel lawfare campaigns and a narrative based solely on Palestinian victimization. The IHL program focuses exclusively on Israel, and Diakonia does not conduct similar types of programs in terms of content or resources involving any other conflict region in the world.
Numerous HWC staff members, founders, board members, general assembly members, and senior staff members have ties to the PFLP terror group.

Amnesty distorts international law, misusing terms like “collective punishment,” “occupying power,” and “disproportionate” in its condemnations of Israel’s Gaza policy.
CODEPINK is a leader of U.S.-based anti-Israel BDS campaigns, CODEPINK regularly presents an entirely biased and distorted view of the conflict, completely omitting Hamas terror against Israeli civilians.
Al-Mezan actively pursues a highly political anti-Israel agenda, while largely ignoring Palestinian terrorism. Its publications frequently promote false claims of Israeli war crimes and contribute to the erosion of the concept of universal human rights.
Forensic Architecture is a pseudo-research project that consistently generates analyses that are inaccurate, misleading, and blatantly prejudiced.
Ma'an Development Center is a Palestinian NGO that accuses Israel of “war crimes” and violating international law., while referring to Gaza as the “world’s largest open-air prison,” and accusing Israel of denying citizens of “basic human rights such as water and electricity.”
