The EU continues to fund numerous NGOs active in the Arab-Israeli conflict, many of which demonstrate a clear anti-Israeli political agenda, advocating Palestinian positions, ignoring the context of terrorism and conflict, and contributing to the demonization and delegitimation of Israel.

The reports of the Palestinian Center for Human Rights (PCHR), which is affiliated with the International Commission of Jurists, are highly anecdotal and sensationalist. Its March 31 press release falsely alleged that Israeli forces destroyed a Palestinian university campus in Gaza.
