  • In September 2025, Masar Badil organized a symposium under the slogan “Glory to the Martyrs and Victory to the Resistance” to “commemorat[e] the martyrdom of Sayyed Nasrallah and the Al-Aqsa Intifada.” The symposium “focused on the need to build a broad front to oppose imperialism, Zionism, and fascism, support the resistance in Palestine, Lebanon, and Yemen, and strengthen the role of the international popular incubator for Arab resistance from the heart of Europe and in the face of the imperialist center.”
  • In September 2025, following Yemeni airstrikes against Israeli population centers, Masar Badil published a statement claiming, “The Palestinian Alternative Revolutionary Path Movement commends the qualitative operations carried out by the Yemeni armed forces, which targeted the Lod and Ramon airports deep inside the occupied Palestinian territories….Our movement commends the advanced role played by the Yemeni Armed Forces, and considers these heroic operations an embodiment of the unity of the resistance stance in confronting the Zionist-American project and its tools, the normalizing regimes. It also believes that the will of the people for liberation and resistance is stronger than all forms of siege and threats.” The statement emphasized the “importance of targeting the Zionist enemy’s heartland, including its airports and vital facilities.”
  • In August 2025, Masar Badil “affirmed its confidence in the promise of the valiant Palestinian resistance, which is currently waging multiple battles in the Gaza Strip, from north to south, in a heroic and exceptional confrontation against the Zionist extermination army, supported, armed, and funded by the United States and its partners among the colonial and reactionary forces.” Masar Badil called on “comrades, friends, and supporters of the resistance to express their support for the Palestinian people, to take to the streets in greater numbers, to intensify and escalate direct actions, to mobilize everywhere in support of the resistance.”
  • in August 2025, Masar Badil “praised” the “heroic” actions of Hamas fighters who “stormed enemy fortifications and engaged in point-blank combat, eliminating a number of occupation soldiers inside fortified homes…The Palestinian Alternative Revolutionary Path Movement asserts that this heroic operation shattered the prestige of the occupation army and shattered the myth of the superiority of its tanks, military systems, and soldiers’ morale. It also proved that the Palestinian resistance holds the initiative and is capable of paralyzing the movements of the Zionist elite units in the heart of the battlefield.”
  • In July 2025, on the “commemoration of the first anniversary of the martyrdom of the great national leader Ismail Haniyeh,” Masar Badil claimed, “The martyrdom of our leaders does not stop the resistance or extinguish the fire of revolution. Rather, it strengthens its roots in our land and the conscience of our people.”
  • In July 2025, Masar Badil welcomed the release of Georges Abdallah from French prison, stating, “Comrade Georges Abdallah was a benchmark and symbol of struggle, a living and active leader. Today, we join liberation movements around the world in celebrating his freedom, from Ireland to the Basque Country, from the Philippines to all fronts of struggle. His release from prison embodies the intersection of popular struggles, the growth of the solidarity movement, and the deep-rootedness of the idea of resistance, which he said is rooted in this land.”
    • Abdallah was convicted and sentenced by a French court to life in prison for “complicity in the assassinations” of Charles R. Ray in 1982, a US military attaché serving in Paris, and Yacov Bar-Simantov, a second counsellor at the Israeli embassy in Paris.
  • In July 2025, on the anniversary of the death of commander of the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades Muhammad al-Deif, Masar Badil published a statement claiming, “He instilled in our conscience that liberation can only be achieved with the rifle, a firm will, and a correct revolutionary stance. He taught us that a firm and true compass is the one that points to Jerusalem, to liberate it from the invading Zionists. On this glorious anniversary, we renew our pledge to our great martyr and all the martyrs of the resistance in Palestine, Lebanon, Yemen, Iraq, and every land where martyrs rose up for the liberation of Palestine, to remain on the path, not deviating or compromising, and for the banner of the revolution to remain raised and continue until the liberation of Palestine, all of Palestine, from its sea to its river.”

Activities

  • Masar Badil organizes an annual “Alternative Palestinian Path Conference.”
    • The 2024 conference, headlined “The Line of Resistance and Liberation: Towards Developing a Strategy for Resistance in the Diaspora,” included “dialogue and research into developing forms of resistance for our people abroad…developing comprehensive boycott campaigns, and confronting the war of genocide committed by the Zionist entity against our people in the Gaza Strip and all of occupied Palestine, under blatant U.S. and European imperialist sponsorship, amid the silence and complicity of the reactionary Arab regimes.”
  • In February 2026, following the outbreak of war between America, Israel, and Iran, Masar Badil stated, “This dangerous escalation, engineered and carried out by Washington, Tel Aviv, and the capitals of Western imperialism, once again confirms the aggressive nature of the Zionist project and exposes the organic link between U.S. hegemonic policies and the crimes of the occupation in Palestine and the region…The movement affirms that the unity of the forces of resistance and the free peoples is the natural response to this U.S.–Zionist aggression, and that confronting the policies of war and domination requires broad popular mobilization across all arenas — through demonstrations, sit-ins, comprehensive boycotts of the enemy and its interests, and the escalation of all forms of popular and political pressure and direct action in defense of Palestine, Lebanon, Yemen, Iran, and the peoples of the region.”
    • In March 2026, Masar Badil eulogized Ayatollah Ali Khamenei with the following message: “The Palestinian Alternative Revolutionary Path Movement, the Masar Badil, mourns the martyrdom of Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei, Leader of the Islamic Revolution, along with a number of his esteemed family members and several political and military leaders of the Islamic Republic of Iran… The Movement recalls the life of the martyr Sayyed Ali Khamenei and his long history of supporting the Palestinian people, their just cause, and their resistance. … We reaffirm our full solidarity with the Islamic Republic of Iran and its people… The blood of the martyrs will remain a beacon for the shared struggle against occupation and colonialism, and a renewed pledge to continue the path of liberation and dignity” (emphasis added).
  • In October 2025, a member of Masar Badil’s executive committee, Khalidiya Abu Bakra, called for “an immediate escalation of popular and political struggles within the Palestinian diaspora, with the aim of isolating the Zionist entity and holding it accountable for its ongoing crimes against the Palestinian people” and “unifying popular initiatives and movements abroad, imposing a comprehensive economic, cultural, and political boycott on the occupying entity.”
  • In September 2025, Masar Badil called on Arab workers and trade unions to “break free from the grip of the normalizing regimes and move from the position of spectators to the ranks of action and confrontation. Close the ports and airports, halt arms, oil, and gas shipments, and boycott the companies that support the occupation. Let factories, ports, and fields become resistance barricades, and let Arab labor unions be at the heart of the battle, as they have been throughout their history.”
  • In June 2025, following Israeli and American strikes on Iranian nuclear and military sites and Iran’s targeting of Israeli population centers, Masar Badil met with the Iranian Ambassador to Belgium as part of a “Delegation of Organizations Supporting Palestine and the Resistance.” According to Masal Badil, “During the meeting, Comrade Mohammed Khatib, a member of the Executive Committee of the Alternative Revolutionary Path Movement [Masar Badil] and coordinator of the Samidoun Network in Europe, conveyed the delegation’s greetings and congratulations to the Islamic Republic of Iran for its steadfastness and victories in the face of aggression. He emphasized the importance of Iran’s role in supporting the Palestinian and Arab resistance forces—particularly the resistance in the Gaza Strip—amid the ongoing genocide perpetrated by the Zionist enemy. The delegation also expressed its full solidarity with the Iranian people and their revolutionary leadership, and firmly rejected any American or Zionist aggression targeting Iran or any of the forces of the Axis of Resistance.”
  • In May 2025, following the murder of two employees of the Israeli embassy in Washington DC, Masar Badil alleged, “The shooting incident that took place in the US capital, Washington, targeting employees of the Israeli embassy, is a natural consequence of the crimes of the Zionist entity in the Gaza Strip…This anger that erupted in the heart of the American capital is neither isolated nor random. Rather, it is one manifestation of the deep pain and anger caused by the international community’s disregard for the suffering of the Palestinians and its complicity in protecting the killers and granting them immunity. We affirm that the occupation is the original crime, and that those who seek to criminalize responses while remaining silent about the massacre are complicit in an ongoing crime.”
  • In November 2024, following the violent antisemitic pogrom in Amsterdam against Israeli soccer fans, Masar Badil released a statement claiming, “There is no place for Zionism, racism and fascism in the squares and stadiums of Europe.” According to Masar Badil, “These repressive attacks continue to target the free revolutionary voices that defend Palestinian rights and reject the Zionist war of extermination in the Gaza Strip and Lebanon, instead of the Netherlands preventing the entry of racist hooligan fans of Zionist football clubs and holding them accountable for their assaults on the population. These racist football hooligans participate directly in the crimes of the Zionist enemy and consider themselves an integral part of the ranks of the Zionist army…We call on our Palestinian, Arab and Muslim communities and all forces of solidarity with our people in the Netherlands and other European countries to confront the so-called ‘fans of Israeli teams’ and to confront their racist activities — led by Israeli security teams and Mossad members inside the embassies of the Zionist entity — that promote genocide and mobilize the Zionist football hooligans in order to divert attention from the Zionist-U.S. war crimes that they are committing continually in the Gaza Strip.”
  • In September 2024, Masar Badil posted a statement offering “their warmest and most sincere condolences and congratulations to the Lebanese people and the brothers and sisters in the leadership of Hezbollah on the martyrdom of the Arab, Islamic and international leader, the exceptional teacher and great historical mujahid, the son of Palestine and Lebanon, His Eminence, the Secretary-General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah.”  The organization added, “Death to the enemies and the racist Zionist entity. Victory to the resistance” (emphases added).
  • On April 28-30, 2023, Masar Badil hosted a “Liberation Conference” in Ottawa, corresponding to their publication of the “Ottawa Declaration” that calls for supporters to “walk together on the path of removing and dismantling the racist Zionist settler entity (“Israel”)… The movement calls to escalate the struggle at all levels, in all locations, regions and arenas, and confronting the U.S., Canadian and European policies that support the occupation and its institutions” (emphasis added). The conference was dedicated to the memory of Walid Daqqah, who was a commander of the PFLP cell that kidnapped, tortured, and executed IDF soldier Moshe Tamam in 1984.
  • In April 2022, Masar Badil co-organized a rally in Berlin during which demonstrators chanted Death to the Jews, death to Israel!” (emphasis added).

Support for the October 7th massacre

  • In October 2024, Masar Badil published a statement mourning the death of Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar calling him a “great national leader” and “heroic brother.” According to the statement, Masar Badil pledged to “resist Zionism and colonialism until the defeat of the Zionist entity and the liberation of Palestine from the river to the sea.” Additionally, the statement claimed,“Our Palestinian people have also proven through their heroic resistance, long struggle, and the launch of the glorious battle of Al-Aqsa Flood on 7 October 2023, that resisting the siege, occupation and colonialism is a realistic and possible matter even in the most difficult of circumstances, and that the path to the inevitable and decisive victory over the Zionist entity is inevitable. “
  • In July 2024, Jaldia Abubakra, a member of Masar Badil’s Executive Committee, wrote that “the Battle of the Al-Aqsa Flood, which was sparked from Gaza on October 7, 2023, is a unified Palestinian, Arab, Islamic and international battle to confront Zionist colonialism and U.S. and European imperialism, revealing our peoples’ yearning for national liberation and true sovereignty and self-determination.”
  • In April 2024, Masar Badil co-sponsored a protest in Vancouver that featured Samidoun’s international coordinator Charlotte Kates as a speaker. In her remarks, Kates glorified the “Beautiful, brave and heroic resistance of the Palestinian people, which did not begin on October 7, which has continued for over 75 years, which has continued over 120 years.”
  • In October 2023, Masar Badil issued a statement titled, “The Battle of October: Stop U.S./Israel Genocide in Gaza – Support the Palestinian People’s Resistance.” According to Masar Badil, “Since October 7, the alliance represented by the United States, Israel, Britain and European countries…and this camp is now responding with a genocidal assault on the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.…What is happening today in Palestine is genocide and ethnic cleansing at the hands of the Israeli occupation forces…This is the time to support the Palestinian armed forces and the Lebanese resistance. This is the time to defend Jerusalem, Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Church of the Holy Sepulchre as they are not only sacred and holy places; they are also the manifestations of our history, culture and existence…Do not wait until after the battle is done.”
  • In October 2023, Masar Badil published a statement claiming that “The Palestinian decision is in the hands of the resistance, and the West will pay a high price for its crimes in Gaza.” Masar Badil called on “Palestinian, Arab and Muslim youth and all of the forces of liberation and people of conscience in the world, to participate actively in the Battle of the Al-Aqsa Flood by defending our people in the Gaza Strip by all means available, including organizing popular demonstrations, occupying and besieging the embassies of the Zionist regime, and liberating the Palestinian embassies from the agents of the puppet ‘Palestinian Authority.”
  • In October 2023, in the aftermath of the brutal Hamas attack on October 7, Masar Badil posted a statement calling on people to “express their support for the heroic Palestinian resistance… and to support the ‘Al-Aqsa Flood’… The heroic Palestinian resistance has opened a chapter of battles of dignity and pride at the dawn of October 7, 2023, and it is now responding to decades of continuous and repeated Zionist, American and European aggression.”

Ties to Samidoun

  • Samidoun is listed as a founding member of Masar Badil, alongside other pro-Palestinian organizations. According to Masar Badil, “we are honored by the participation of the Samidoun Network as one of the fundamental pillars in organizing the Alternative Palestinian Path conference” (the gathering that officially launched Masar Badil).

  • An October 2022 Masar Badil-organized event in Brussels – endorsed  by Samidoun – reportedly featured “Pro-Palestinian activists marched across Brussels shouting violent slogans, wearing terrorist organization headbands and carrying posters glorifying terrorist figures.”
    • During his speech at the event, member of the central follow-up committee of Masar Badil Mohammed Khatib (see below) declared, “Defeating Israel means defeating the US. Defeating Israel means defeating Canada, these settlements that exist on the backs of the Indigenous people and Black people. • According to an article published on the Palestine Forum on June 12,  2023, Abdulnasser said, “Palestinian activity has several principles linked to the right of return, liberating Palestine from the river to the sea, and resistance, and first and foremost armed resistance, and it does not depend on the views of the state which Palestinians live in nor it is not the right of anybody to limit the method in which one defends his cause.”
