Many such cases manifest under headings of human rights and international law, and the University of Toronto Faculty of Law’s International Human Rights Program (IHRP) is a salient example. Its mission statement, which highlights political activism over objective scholarship, should be a red flag from the beginning, including its stated goal of “decolonial transformation.”
