"The attempts to arrest Israeli politicians on British soil for war crimes are really a new form of antisemitism, panellists said last week at a Jerusalem conference exploring global antisemitism. Prof. Gerald Steinberg, NGO Monitor executive director, told participants, “Israelis are saying we are all ‘Tzipi Livnis’ today. Israeli leaders condemned the allegations of the arrest warrant. But nowhere did I hear about morality.” He said that those who petitioned the courts for an arrest warrant against Israeli politicians due to their role in a war of defence are “denying the Jewish people sovereign equality.”"
