On March 22, 2022, UN Special Rapporteur “on the situation of human rights in the Palestinian Territory occupied since 1967” Michael Lynk released his final report before ending his six-year term. As in previous reports, he parrots terror-linked NGOs and falsifies reality to accuse Israel of committing “apartheid.”

On July 22, 2021, the United Nations Human Rights Council appointed the members of a “Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, and Israel." The chosen panel members’ have conflicts of interest and prejudicial backgrounds, including long histories of anti-Israel activism and highly inflammatory rhetoric.
Although Amnesty officials repeatedly referred to the document as “original research” extending over 4 years (or 3 in other cases), an examination of the contents reveals this to be a collection and repetition of the verbal contortions and discredited claims largely copied from other NGOs with the same agenda.
On January 29, 2022, the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, an EU-designated terrorist group, organized a memorial ceremony honoring PFLP founder which took place at the hall of the Abdel Shafi Community Health Association (ACHA; formerly Red Crescent Society for the Gaza Strip [RCS4GS]) in Gaza. ACHA is also linked to the PLFP.
On February 1, Amnesty International will release yet another volume in the litany of copy-paste NGO reports that label Israel as an “apartheid” state.
In March 2022, the Human Rights Council will appoint a new Special Rapporteur on the “situation of human rights in the Palestinian Territory occupied since 1967.” In keeping with past practices, at least five of the six candidates have records of anti-Israel partisanship, and do not appear to fulfill the requirements of impartiality and objectivity as required by HRC resolution 5/1.

On December 16, 2021, the UN OCHA-oPt released its Humanitarian Response Plan exploiting the humanitarian label to advance legal attacks against Israel (“lawfare”) and to channel funds to NGOs with links to the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) terror group.
