A consortium of Dutch, Dutch-funded, and terror-linked Palestinian NGOs filed a lawsuit against the Netherlands, alleging that it is abetting Israeli violations of international law.

A consortium of Dutch, Dutch-funded, and terror-linked Palestinian NGOs filed a lawsuit against the Netherlands, alleging that it is abetting Israeli violations of international law.
Importantly, as part of the NGO Durban Declaration and accompanying BDS campaigns, advocacy organizations have sought to turn the ICC into a court of universal jurisdiction. Like their exploitation of the UN and other international frameworks, these NGOs seek to use the ICC for demonization and to brand Israeli officials as “war criminals.”
On February 20, 2022, over 100 European and international NGOs, self-proclaimed grassroots movements, and politicized trade unions launched a BDS campaign headlined “#StopTradeWithSettlements."
